As per the New York City Building Code (§ 3306.12), if your project involves full demolition, work exceeding 50% of gross floor area removal, or the removal of one or more floors, your building's bearing masonry or wood-framed structures must undergo monitoring. WHAT WILL YOU RECEIVE?

Expect detailed daily/weekly reports summarizing all vibration activities recorded by each monitor. Our proactive notification system alerts project managers, owners, and engineers if thresholds are exceeded, ensuring immediate action. All our reports are meticulously reviewed and stamped by our principal Professional Engineer, offering transparency and compliance assurance.
