Upon engagement, our team initiates the sign-on process in DOB Now. Coordinating with contractors and project managers, we schedule necessary inspections and provide detailed reports upon request, documenting conformances. In cases of non-conforming items, we issue a Non-Conformance Report outlining the issues and detailing corrective measures needed. At the project's conclusion, a final report is issued, and our principal Professional Engineer reviews and stamps all reports.
