1. How does the SST card delivery process work?

After completing your courses with Click Safety and purchasing the SST card through them, fill out the form with ABC Safety Group [link to form]. Once all required steps are completed, your SST card will be mailed to the shipping address you provided.

2. How long does it take to receive my SST card?

Processing and delivery typically takes 5–7 business days. Expedited shipping and pickup options are available for an additional fee. This timeline applies only if all required steps are completed. Please note that delays due to incomplete or inaccurate information are not the responsibility of ABC Safety Group.

3. Can I expedite shipping for my SST card?

Yes, expedited shipping and pickup options are available. To expedite your card processing, contact us at (866) 858-1430 or email ClickSafety@ABCSafetyGroup.com. Additional fees apply, and accurate information must be provided to meet the expedited delivery timeframe.​

4. How do I receive the SST Card Course Certificate?

5. What is the SST Card Course Certificate?
A certificate issued to you after you have purchased and completed the SST Card Course from Click Safety (this is a short 2-minute course that is required in order to obtain your certificate).  

6. What if I completed the SST Card Course but didn’t receive my certificate?
If you have completed the course but didn’t receive your certificate, contact Click Safety for help accessing your account and retrieving your certificate. This is a short 2-minute course that is required in order to obtain your certificate.

7. What’s the difference between the course completion certificates and the SST Card Course Certificate?
The certificates from your completed courses only prove that you have finished the training portion. To get your SST card, you must purchase and complete a separate course called the "SST Card Course." 

8. I already submitted the form. What’s next?
You will receive email updates, including confirmation of your form submission and a notification when your SST card is shipped.

 

9. I’m having trouble uploading my certificates to the form. What should I do?
Email your certificates to ClickSafety@ABCSafetyGroup.com and mention that you completed your courses through Click Safety.

10. This service seems to only support users who complete SST Card courses going forward. What about users who haven’t taken this course yet but have training records that need to be entered into the Training Connect system?

Click Safety has contracted with ABC to also ingest historical completion records into Training Connect – so at least partial records can be added and later updated. This has been a concern expressed by the DOB, so we are working to resolve that concern during the first 6 months of 2025.

11. How much does the SST Card course cost?

The SST Card costs $50 when purchased through the website. For B2B customers, the price is listed as $70 to accommodate discounting and pricing arrangements.

12. Is the price of the SST card different for Workers and Supervisors?

No, the price is the same for both Workers and Supervisors.
