Photo Guidelines:

• Use a color photo with a white solid background.

• The photo must be clear, in focus, and taken within the last 2 years.

• No edits, filters, or changes allowed.

• Show only the student’s head and shoulders—no other people or objects.

The student must:

• Face forward, looking straight at the camera with a neutral expression.

• Keep their face fully visible and clear against the background.

• Not wear a head covering (unless for religious or medical reasons).

• Have open eyes with no glare, reflections, or obstructions from glasses or hair.

• Avoid red-eye and shadows.

• No hats, face-masks, glasses, etc.
